NORTH CAROLINA A&T


North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University was established in 1891 as an 1890 land-grant college. It has become the nation’s largest HBCU with 13,487 students enrolled in the 2022-23 academic year. The university often leads rankings as the top-rated HBCU in North Carolina and/or the United States based on its academic programs and related strengths.  N.C. A&T is a doctoral, high research activity university with a rich history educating the workforce of the future.
